Refund policy

• Due to customised nature of our product upon your placement of order, we do not offer any refunds and/or exchange.
  
• Please note that there will also be no refund for "change of mind" purchase.
  
• Even if we do offer a refund/return, it's done on a case by case basis.
  
• Please note the cost of the return is the customer responsibility and the original shipping costs are not refundable.
• The return goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
